Nature’s Plus: Total Food Total Body Cleanse with Acai?
Can anyone give me a summary of this particular product, Acai Berry / general cleaning products. Also, for anyone who has used it, can you tell if you did the day 14 an intense cleaning or maintenance the program 28 days? Please and thank you:)
Service Size 6 capsules Fiber Complex (a proprietary blend of fiber-rich concentrate) 1000 mg, oligosaccharides soluble plant, psyllium (Plantago ovata husk), Apple Pectin (Malus sylvestris), butcher’s broom (Ruscus aculeatus rhizome), cascara [Rhamnus] purshiana bark Triphala (Amalaki [Emblica officinalis] bhibhitaki [Terminalia belerica] and haritaki [Terminalia chebula]), ginger (Zingiber officinalis), bentonite, citrus pectin modified cellulose, rice bran (Oryza sativa), elm (Ulmus rubra bark), oat bran (Avena sativa), beet juice and fiber (Beta vulgaris), prune fiber (Prunus domestica). Açai (Euterpe oleracea extract [standardized phenolic 10%] and whole fruit concentrate) 500 mg. Have not tried it, it looks as if it could get diarrhea – Cascara, psyllium, prune fiber and lots of fiber. The body is cleansing itself without help. Eat a proper diet and get some exercise.
