Does Acai Berry actually help you lose weight?
Hi, I’m 18 years of age and I am in my last 10 pounds before reaching my weight loss goal (I’m going for 138 and 128) but no matter how much exercise (I dance 8 hours a week, and the cycle of 4 days a week, and do some kickboxing from time to time) and the amount of food to cut (I cut out all processed food and eat lots of vegetables and foods rich in fiber) yet I can’t get the 10 pounds to disappear. Will this supplement help me lose more Thank you!
Any supplement in any occasion 50/50.If not too expensive I try, I never had luck but I know that Acai is a super food and helped my skin.
I would recommend (to lose that last, stubborn 10 pounds) to add some super to your diet, but perhaps not in pill form. Throw a little blueberry acai juice, banana, apple, protein powder and yogurt in the blender and take that beat you to dance for a boost. (Obviously trying to do what recipes work for you and your taste buds).Make sure you getting enough protein and simple carbohydrates low maintenance (do not cut carbs completely, please!)


Mostly, it sounds like to make a lot of cardio. What amount of weight lifting do you do? It seems contradictory, but if you throw in two days a week weightlifting bet you press on the plateau is at this time. Cardio is good, but do not build muscle, if you have the muscles of your body will naturally burn more calories and shaving that last ten pounds in 4 to 6 weeks tops.
To avoid bulking up: keep counting calories, stick to high reps, low weight, and make sure you extend well after each training; as a dancer shouldn’t be problem for you.Good luck!
