Does the Acai Berry diet really work?
I am not fat, I just want to lose 15 pounds, but no work!
Sometimes when they are not fat, your body will not let you lose weight because your body wants to keep it just in case. Also, if you do not eat enough, your body will slow its metabolism to maintain a certain weight.
If you want to look better, start lifting weights and staring at the scale. You have not owned a scale of more than 15 years. I weighed in Dr.S office and that’s it. I go by how clothes fit, and that’s all. Having more muscle means you can weigh more than they do now, but you will be thinner and toned and sexy. I love the “Guess your weight” booth at the fair. In general, I suppose I should be around 20 to 25 pounds less than it actually am. 
Oh, and no, diet acai berry is a scam, according to the lady I know who really tried.
