Is going on a diet low-fat .. .. healthy and good for you? Is counting calories .. reasonable? is the only key to losing weight is to make the portions smaller meals? HELP … I.. .. I do not know … Oh, however, I am 14yrs old, I’ll be 15 in June, and I weigh 139 pounds in eating morning.before … i do not weigh myself .. any time and I am 3inch 5 feet. What should my calorie intake? What should be like the food? 6 small try to eat meals instead of its normal size 3 .. but .. fully i drink if am .. well .. and its hard sometimes .. ..! Imagine u were me, the plan of what I eat 2 moro …. ((Example .. Breakfast: Lunch blahblahblah: bla .. blahblah Snack: blah, blah, blah …)) Just Any tips / weight loss success stories from u.. motivates me and encourages me / help me .. .. so.very many. . Well, if you are trying to lose weight counting calories is obviously the best way to go. Since you are 14 and still growing, 2000 calories a day is a good way to lose weight and keep you satisfied too. This may seem like a bunch of calories, but in reality it is, the average American consumes more than 3,000 a day! So you really need to be careful. You can eat 2000 chemical pure crap and still lose weight, but you will not feel full or satisfied.
So you must cut waste most of his life and find healthy, delicious alternatives, such as raw nuts, peanut butter, apples, and yogurt (plain yogurt Honey is delicious!). I actually have some weight loss success. After last summer, and 6 months, who had won 8 lbs. I was so upset because I could not fit into my clothes and my ankles were swollen and I do not look healthy at all!
So as soon as I realized, I’m pretty to eat trash and I ate healthy alternatives such as bananas and peanut butter and raw almonds (I lived in!). I ate about 1500 chemicals. After about 2 weeks all the 8 pounds just melted off me and I felt fantastic! PS Drink lots of water!
