acai berryWhat Else Do You Do During The Use Of Acai Berry Supplement?

I’m thinking of getting the Acai Berry as weight loss supplement. Is there something to do when taking it to lose weight, besides just taking the supplement? [Exercise a certain amount, eating a certain food, etc]

Acai is only a fad diet that not only like all the other fad diets. It’s nothing special, it’s not a miracle food, it’s just a trick. Whose bright spot was taken by the health and fitness tips from Oprah, 200 pounds a whale?

To lose fat:

1. I do not think these FAD diets! Diet pills are gimmicks! Yes Acai Berries / pills / juice is a fad diet.

2. Do not starve! Unless you are tiny, 1200 days calorie diet is dangerous and will not work in the long term.

3. Find the number of calories you need to eat per day to maintain your weight. Try this link:

4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories below that number. Eating too little will result in the loss of water weight and muscle mass, not fat (which you really want to lose).

5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This makes your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, vegetables, water and protein. Oats is ideal for breakfast.

6. Drink at least 64 oz (8 8 oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (including diet soda). A great FAQ for a proper diet (and general fitness):

7. Light / moderate cardio 3 to 5 times per week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, biking and swimming are great for this. If you are obese, do low impact things like walking or swimming.

8. Do some strength training to ensure that muscle and lose fat. Do not worry, you do not Hull will look like if you lift weights. Focus on compound movements like the squat and deadlift, to name a few. Check examples properly.
