Aloe Vera Colon Cleansing Tablets
I’ve been getting belly ache a lot, feeling bloated and have a bit more gas than usual?
Am wondering if I should get some aloe vera colon cleansing tablets from holland and barret. I wondered if any one else has used them, if it works or if there’s anything else I should know?
I don’t know about that particular one, but clearing out your intestines on rare occasions is probably good for you. But get a gentle one and do not do it very often or you could be causing more problems for yourself (it can end up being a form of anorexia). If this condition continues it could be bacterial issues in your intestines, non-doctor means of addressing this are consuming something with beneficial bacteria/enzymes/etc (yogurt, digestive enzyme pills and such) or increasing the amount of high pH foods in your diet (simplest way to find out all about that is just get the book) it makes a lot of difference for me and two of my close friends who struggle with a number of health issues including intestinal distress.
