Cheap Colon Cleansers That Work
Intestinal or Colon Cleansing?
I have heard about intestinal cleansing to get rid of built up “junk” in your intestines and that it will make you feel a lot better if you do some sort of cleanse. I’ve been feeling quite tired and sluggish a lot and was wondering if doing a cleanse would help.
Has anyone tried colon cleansing that have worked? Are they bad for you? Does it really help? Are there some that you don’t have to do like a month long just a few days if possible? What are some cleansers that are relatively cheap? And is taking more fiber pretty much the same thing?
I’m trying to figure out a good one I might try. I don’t want to waste my time or money. Also will it help me to lose a few pounds ( this is my main objection, so please no exercise lectures ha ha. If possible lose a few pounds, that would be a bonus ha ha.) I hope that my question makes sense and any advice would be appreciated.Thank you!
I don’t like the Colon Cleanse products as they have allot of harsh chemicals. You can look in the yellow pages under Colonic Irrigation, they can be a bit pricey, around $75 each, or you can get similar results by taking a series of enemas at home in different positions.
