dont do the slimquick cleanse or anything like that. I tried it, and honestly it didnt help me lose any weight at all. It cleaned me out, thats for sure. But, it didnt get rid of any fat. Id just diet and exercise, thats about all you can do. Or, you can try green tea diet pills that you can get in the drug store. You can mostly get them at CVS. Ive tried them before and they worked good along with diet and exercise. They’re only about $6-7 for a 2 week pack which is suppose to help you lose up to 20lbs. They’re called Mega Green Tea.
