How much miralax do i need to buy to clean my colon out? I know i have to be on a clear liquid diet, but i wanna make sure im 100% cleaned out! how much gatorade? im nervous! help please
this whole cleansing thing is merely a stupid fad.
If u eat healthy and drink lots of water like ur supposed to, ur body will cleanse itself. Cleaning out ur colon wont help u at all to lose fat.
