Is Colon Cleansing good for a 21 year old?
I’m 21 and I have seen colon cleansing online and saw some pictures of what came out it looks like intestines what is that and would it be good for me and how long does it take to get out and also does anyone know what I should get to do this
Yes its fine for any age. Its not a good experience though. its like preparing for a colonoscopy. (which i had to do twice). The best way to go is using a soda phosphate-they have them at any drug store. U shouldn’t eat anything-drink a lot of clear liquids though. it takes about a whole day of being home “cleansing” your insides. No it does not look like your intestines are falling out at all.
Eventually it will just turn into mostly water. The soda phosphate does ‘t taste the greatest, but its better than taking any pills – they are too hard on your stomach and are known for intestinal bleeding in some cases. So use whats recommended by doctors for such “cleansing”. All of them are considered laxatives but people of all ages go for colonoscopys so i would stick with the liquids.
