how does colon cleansing work?
do you only take pills or medicine if you are constipated or can you just do it, I have seen some pill that go for more than $100.00 Im would mabe wanna do it if it is good for me (being overweight but building muscle at the jim -270lbs 6’1”)

those pills suck. i’ve tried a few and they really dont work, they may work the first day but then nothing after that. a true Colon Cleanse is where u go to a clinic and have them use the high pressure water to get the icky stuff out of your colon (and you actually have to go a few times). The pills dont get everything out, maybe it will stop you from being constipated but it wont truely cleanse your colon.
