Is there any truth to the benefits for muscle building, fat loss and metabolism boosting from taking Acai berry supplements with colon cleansing detox simultaneously?
Please do not do either. There is absolutely no benefit in either over hyped dubious product. Colon Cleanse by any method is best avoided.
The colon is completely self cleansing so called colon cleanserscan cause diarrhoea vomiting, nausea and abdominal cramps. It can cause a dangerous loss of water and electrolytes, which can lead to dehydration and even abnormal heart rhythms.
