Does anyone know the details about colon cleansing / clearing your intestines w/ those powdered drink mixes?
I’ve had 2 friends tell me essentially the same thing. One of them said you gradually eat less starting from 3/4 of normal, to 1/2 of normal and then replace your meals w/ the powdered drink mix completely for 5 days (this was something you mixed w/ apple juice). The other one you just replaced your meals completely for 8 days w/ the powdered mix (a lemonade type thing) that had all the nutrients you needed for energy as well as cleansing your system. My questions are – has anyone tried it? Are any side effects? Does anyone know if this really works (helps you lose weight) and if so, how? Which ones work best or is there a difference??
it takes a lot of willpower to go threw it and I’m not sure the side affects. it will dramatically drop some pounds but it is hard to maintain the weight. honestly going hardcore into it might not be the best choice so try the first one unless you think you can do it.
It works because the colon can contain remnants of food up to 5 pounds or more and when you cleansing it it clears it all so you will be dropping weight dramatically, gets rid of swelling, bloating and bad toxins.
