Have you ever done a cleanse?
I’m trying to lose 10-15 lbs. I want to try a cleanse because I heard its a great way to kick start a diet. Have you ever done one before? What brand do you recommend?
PS….the reason I want to do a cleanse is because I went to U weight loss center and to lose 10-15 lbs will cost me $1200 (which is retarded). The first thing they do is give you a Colon Cleanse kit-my plan is to just follow what they’re doing on my own.
I am promoting my diet group on groups. I also done a cleanse for my kidneys, liver, and entire gi track. which one do you think works best. well you do not have to buy a pill. I got a free cleanse on groups. it involves eating fruits and vegetables.
If someone tells you have to use a specific product don’t be discouraged because alot is out there. however to do it natural you still need alittle help. below is a partial list:
1. get rid of fried foods, process foods.
2. eat fiber for breakfast like oatmeal or cheerios.
3. take a multi vitamin stress type. you choose. over the counter products work fine.
3. take a bromelain like chewable formula which Puritan pride has on its web site. I choose pineapple bromelain. remember it is sweet.
4 Drink a steady supply of fluids. perferable water to help flush toxin that will be added by fiber breakfast in intestinal track to cleanse it. this is a long process so diet while you are on it.
5. take a otc fiber source.
6. add yogurt to your daily intake every day.
7 drink decafiinated colas and diet pops as they clog up liver and kidney and this is a GI track cleanse, liver cleanse, Kidney cleanse diet.
8. eat a salad of veggies everyday as much as you like.
9. eat a fruit salad every day as much as you like.
10. take a snack of oatmeal. reg or as you like sugar free is good.
11. you can have jello sugar free types as well.
12. You are to eat rice, chicken and all fresh fruit and veggies.
13. first two weeks avoid drinking milk and process juices.
14. use decaffinated tea and coffee.
15. no table salt. use nu salt, and sea salt. you choose.
16. take probotics from a health food store once or more depending upon your condition.
17. twenty minutes of exercise is good to start.
18. check your bowel track. you should be pushing alot of fiber out with all that fruit. fruit helps the veins as well as capillaries heal to stop other leaking.
19. take a teaspoon of lemon and one of honey in your tea.
20. when you are hungry make oatmeal for first two weeks. use rice for once a day one meal choice.
21. after two weeks add eggs, and reg milk.
this is for a general healthy person who has no acid reflex or flatulence, or extended tummy. up to 2 months on it.
