Colon Cleansing Regimen

Starting a workout regimen and….?
Wanted to know if it was/is a good idea to flush my system before starting a workout regimen?I heard somewhere that vitamins and supplements will take a shorter time to be absorbed if I did this.And also will flushing and cleansing the colon take off weight?Any recommendations on a good product to use for this?Preferably someone who actually used the product(s).Thanks
Its not healthy. If you ate unhealthy things, after you start a new regimen those things will basically be obsorved and used within a week. So cleansing doesnot really work.
Especially since your body will absorve what you ate in the last few days before cleansing can have any effects. There is 0 reserch that proves it.
I would woory about your new diet though. Is it paleo. Or zone. Something healthy you will stick with.
Are ou gonna eat reall foods or what. Meat, veggies, little fruit, little startch, nuts and seeds, and no sugar.
