Do the over the counter Colon Cleanse remedies really work for losing weight?
I was just curious since they have doctors bringing up claims on TV with “studies and research” that they work wonders but not everything on TV is believable.
NEVER use a colon cleanse to lose weight. It is not meant for that and NO, it doesnt effectively make you lose weight. You can cause serious damage by abusing laxatives or enemas. You are absolutley right about not believing everything on tv!!!
