Another inclusion to your fat loss diet are vegetables and fruits. Spinach, Asparagus, broccoli, collard, mixed vegetables, tomatoes are some of the veggies that can get the job done while fruits may include the berries family especially blueberry, strawberry and raspberry, squash, watermelon, apples, papaya, orange and pineapple.
lastly for effective fat loss diet, you need to eat at least 6 times per day with a 2-3 hour regular interval and each to be taken moderately,do not indulge in overeating and avoid double carbs intake in each meal. Adherence to all the above will help a lot in your quest to lose fat.
