the truth about colon cleansing?
well, im wandering about the colon cleansing thing. my father so commercials for dual action cleansing, and he was disgusted about the john wayne had 40 pounds thing… i was wondering if colon cleansing is worth your hard earned money, and i would love to have a home recipe. please tell me the truth, dont lie!
Well, I think it’s probably true that we have a lot of “crap” in our intestines because many of us have a lousy diet and don’t get enough fiber. I would start with trying to get more fiber in your diet. Psyllium husk fiber really gets things moving.
If you are talking about someone sticking something up there to flush things out, there are risks involved. If the colon is punctured and feces get into your blood stream, it is potentially fatal. If you do this, make sure you are going to someone that knows what they are doing.
I would stick with getting more fiber in your diet.
