I have used a colon cleanser in the past, I lost 14 lbs. on top of the fact my skin cleared and my body felt refreshed. Yet the cleanser I used was only for 4 wks which was not bad at all. I heard of Dr. Natura and just wanted to know if anyone has had any positive remarks about it on it’s effectiveness to clean the body. I was told that especially if you eat red meat then it is good to cleanse your colon every few years.
